If you bought our Terra PRO and still have your Teevolution Collection Card, good job keeping it safe. A lot of people kept the card but never really knew what it was for. This guide explains the Teevolution Collection Card in simple terms, including what the different card types mean and how you can redeem yours.
Every Terra purchase included an official Teevolution Collection Card. Some were standard cards, while a smaller number were limited edition cards with extra rewards.
What Is a Teevolution Collection Card?
The Teevolution Collection Card is a physical card included with Terra purchases. It was designed to be both a collectible and a reward for Terra owners.
There are three rarity tiers:
- Normal Green card
- Silver card
- Gold card
The Normal Green card was included by default with every Terra purchase. Silver and Gold cards were limited edition versions that were randomly distributed.
What Do the Normal, Silver, and Gold Cards Mean?
The Normal Green card: the standard version. Every Terra buyer received one, so it does not come with a discount reward. It is the base collection card and part of the full Terra package.
The Silver card: a limited edition card. If you have one, it can be redeemed for 10% OFF your next Teevolution purchase.
The Gold card: the rarest version. If you have one, it can be redeemed for 20% OFF your next Teevolution purchase.
So in simple terms, the Normal Green card is the standard collectible, while Silver and Gold cards are collectible cards that also unlock a discount.
How to Redeem Your Teevolution Collection Card
Redeeming your Teevolution Collection Card is simple.
1. Contact Teevolution at support@teevolution.com
2. Provide the following:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- A photo of your physical Silver or Gold Collection Card
3, Our support team will verify your submission and issue a discount code via email.
Important Terms to Know
1. The physical Collection Card itself does not expire. If you still have it, you can redeem it whenever you are ready.
2. Once Teevolution issues your discount code, that code is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
3. The discount can be used on any Teevolution product, not only Terra.
4. The discount code can also be stacked with other eligible promotions, including the newsletter discount.
