Shipping Options

We currently partner with Yanwen Express for international logistics. Final delivery is handled by local carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx). More shipping options will be added in the future.

Delivery estimates are shown in business days and exclude customs clearance delays. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination and local courier conditions.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • During special circumstances that may affect fulfillment or delivery timelines, please refer to our official Discord or Twitter announcements for the most up-to-date information on potential shipping delays.

Order Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase and are only possible before the order has been shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email support@teevolution.com with the subject line:
    Order Cancellation-#YourOrderNumber

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and any returns will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on item weight and dimensions.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes, APO/DPO addresses, or Amazon FBA warehouses.

  • Forwarding addresses or remote islands.


Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery:

  1. Provide accurate details (full legal name, address, and contact information). Incorrect information may result in return fees.

  2. Monitor tracking and respond to customs requests (e.g., taxes) within 48 hours to avoid surcharges.

  3. Contact us immediately at support@teevolution.com for assistance with stuck shipments.

Note: Reshipping due to customer-provided errors may incur additional fees.
